Norma Gomez-Fuentes M.Ed. y Concepción Moncada Cummings M.Ed., CALP explicarán qué es la dislexia y cómo se manifiesta en el cerebro del estudiante bilingüe. Los participantes aprenderán y se sumergirán en las dificultades académicas de un estudiante bilingüe con disléxia. Esta presentación se llevará a cabo en español y en inglés.
Norma Gomez-Fuentes M.Ed. and Concepción Moncada Cummings M.Ed., CALP will explain what dyslexia is and how it manifests in the emergent bilingual’s brain. Participants will learn, experience and immerse themselves in the academic struggles of a bilingual dyslexic student. This presentation will be conducted in Spanish and in English.
The first half of the meeting will be in Spanish, while the second half will be in English
